USCF membership required to play. The official February 1, 2006 ratings will be used. An $11 NYSCA Annual Membership is included in all entry fees
EARLY EF: $40 postmarked by Wednesday March 1, phoned or online by 2pm Friday March 3.
LATE EF: $55 phoned or online by 2pm Friday March 10 (No mail entries)
ON SITE REGISTRATION: Saturday, March 11 9:30-11am EF: $65
ALL ON SITE REGISTRANTS MUST TAKE A FIRST ROUND BYE (1/2 point)
OTHER:
Section changes not permitted after 2pm Friday. $10 fee for prior switches.
BYES: Up to two 1/2-point byes may be requested with registration. No last round byes.
AWARDS: Trophies to top 20, top 3 unrated, top 7 schools (4-player teams) each section.
State Championship plaque to top NY resident each section.
TEAM ROOMS: $300 for weekend (NOTE CHANGE). Cafeteria open.
