All participants under 16 must have an adult supervisor during the tournament. The NSCF does not provide supervision between games.

EARLY FEE:   ___$25 postmarked by Monday prior to tournament - do not mail after Monday
EARLY FEE:   ___$25 for Credit Card entries phoned in (914-683-5322) no later than 2pm Wednesday
LATE FEE:     ___$35 for Credit Card entries phoned in between 2pm Wednesday and 2pm Friday
ON-SITE FEE: ___$40   Registration is from 9:00-9:40am. All registration at the tournament must be completed by 9:40am sharp!
If you have not registered by then, you will be given a 1/2 point bye for the first round, or hand paired at TDs discretion.
US Chess Federation membership is required for all players in rated sections.
USCF: ___$19 (Scholastic - under age 15 - 6 issues of Chess Life) or ___ $25 (Youth- under age 20 - 12 issues of Chess Life)

AWARDS CEREMONY:   K-1 and 2-5 Unrated: 2:30pm   All other Sections: 4:45 PM
PRIZES:     Trophies to top 5 plus all players scoring 3 points or more in each section.
Trophies to the Top Kindergartner, the top 3 unrated in Primary and Elementary, and the top 3 unrated or under 700 in Reserve.
Trophies to top 3 school teams in each section except 2-5 Unrated   (minimum 2 players for a team; top 4 scores counted per team)
Medals to players scoring 2.5 points in each section. Additional medals to K-1 participants.
